Shipping & Delivery

• Free UK delivery on every order — tracked & insured.

• Each piece is handmade to order in our London studio (Harlow)

• Dispatch: usually 1–2 working days.

• Delivery: typically 2–5 working days from dispatch (no next-day service due to the handcrafted process).

• You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

• During busy periods, please allow an extra working day.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every artwork is made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If you’re unsure on size, spacing or frame type, email sales@hdlondonart.com - we’re happy to advise before you buy.

If your piece arrives damaged or you have a quality concern, we’ll put it right:

• Contact us at sales@hdlondonart.com within 14 days of delivery (ideally within 48 hours).

• Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

• We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund as appropriate.

Notes: Please keep the original packaging for any returns we arrange. Colours may vary slightly between screens and real life. Custom sizes or personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
