We offer free tracked, insured 48 hour delivery on all items. Tracking will be provided once dispatched. All items within the UK are always free postage.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. To ensure the best experience, please carefully review all artwork dimensions before placing your order, as size mismatches are a common source of problems.

If you have any questions before ordering on size, recommendations, frame types, or anything in between - do get in touch with our team at sales@hdlondonart.com and we will be happy to help. As all of our artwork are bespoke, handmade & made to order we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

We offer a 14 day exchange period on artwork with damage or quality concerns. Our handmade pieces are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure your complete satisfaction.
