UK orders are sent tracked with DHL Express and typically arrive in 2–5 working days. Every piece is protected with specialist packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns

If your piece arrives damaged or you have a quality concern, we’ll put it right:

• Contact us at sales@hdlondonart.com within 14 days of delivery (ideally within 48 hours).

• Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

• We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
