The things you'd ask on a call

What discount will I actually get?
Tiers start at 25% and rise to 40% as annual spend grows. Your tier is confirmed in writing when your account is verified, so you can price a project without waiting on a quote. Tiers are reviewed annually, and we move you up rather than making you ask.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Some accounts open with one piece for one apartment; others specify several hundred units across a development. Both are welcome, and both get the same lead time.
Can you make bespoke sizes?
Yes. Every piece is made to order in London, so any dimension is possible — including the long, narrow formats that corridors and stairwells need and that off-the-shelf ranges never cover.
How fast can you deliver?
Production is two to four working days, plus delivery. Tell us the install date and we'll work backwards from it. If a date is genuinely immovable, say so on your application and we'll flag the account.
Can I reorder the same piece in two years?
Yes, and this is the main reason to work with a studio rather than a marketplace. We hold the print files and the frame specification, so a replacement or a second phase matches the first.
Do you offer credit terms?
Net‑30 is available on approved accounts once your first order has completed. Before that, we take payment on order — which also means your first project isn't held up by a credit check.
