Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you're not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To start a return: Email sales@hdlondonart.com with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.

Damage & Quality Concerns If your artwork arrives damaged or you have a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Please note: We recommend keeping all original packaging until you're sure you're happy with your order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished artwork. For sizing guidance before you order, visit our size guide or email sales@hdlondonart.com.
